We’re so excited about today’s beautiful giveaway from Knottin’ Pearls! All the jewelry in the store is handmade in Elizabeth Mangel’s Annapolis studio.
Elizabeth loves jewelry and managed a jewelry store for many years before a close friend and fellow jewelry designer taught her the basics of jewelry making. She knew she had found her calling when she began hand knotting pearls! She sells a variety of necklaces, earrings and bracelets ranging from classic to fun to chunky to bold to simple and delicate. Every piece includes pearls and many also include turquoise, agate, onyx and lapis.
Elizabeth says, “I love what I do and I love making a piece of jewelry for someone that can be a special keepsake to pass down from generation to generation.”

I love pearls, and tend to wear them most days. Pearls are classic and can turn almost any outfit into a sophisticated ensemble. I would wear them to work, on dates with my husband, and probably even while running errands.
I love this set! Both would go perfect with a white dress that I want to wear for my rehearsal dinner and/or bridal shower next April. But in the meantime, I would have some fun with the set this summer, by pairing it with white shorts/skinny jeans and a coral top.

Pearls are a quinticential part of every outfit I wear. Meagan literally meaning “pearl” and my sorority’s jewel being the pearl, I would love to have a set that I could dress up! Beautiful set! I have three summer weddings and each dress has a little blue in it. I would love to have this set to wear to the weddings as well as wear to work! Pearls are my favorite and since my eyes are blue my staple clothing color seems to be blue! Would be a great addition to my wardrobe!
I’d wear these to my cousin’s wedding in two weeks, that is almost the exact shade of blue she’s using as her wedding color (and it matches one of the shades in my favorite summer dress I’ll be wearing that day xD )

I would wear this lovely earring and necklace set on my honeymoon! My Fiance and I are going to Hawaii and the colors of this jewelry set would match perfectly with some of the outfits I plan on packing. I might be too late – but if I didn’t enter I know I would regret it! The first thing I thought of when I saw the colors of these pieces was the summers I used to spend on Cape Cod. I just moved to DC from Massachusetts a year ago, and last year my boyfriend and I went to Annapolis to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. We loved how quaint and nautical (and historical!) the Maryland town was – it reminded us so much of the Vineyard and the Cape. As much as I miss Massachusetts, we have found a new favorite Atlantic Ocean town in Maryland and these pieces would be a nice way to commemorate my wonderful memories in both!
