Tables are one of the key ways that a couple can make their wedding unique and personal. After all, guests spend hours sitting together, eating and talking around them. Today we are excited to share with you some stunning images from photographers in the area in hopes that you will be inspired! Keep in mind that creating tablescapes are one of the most fun and easy ways to bring a little personalization to your wedding day- don’t forget you put a bit of you and your fiancé into them!
Bayside Bride Loves: Burlap Table Runners & Vibrant Colors
This vibrant table setting comes to us from behind the lens of TPoz Photography. We love the long table trend and this wedding highlights it beautifully by pairing each table with a burlap runner. Brightly colored buds from Splints & Daisies Floral Botique are accompanied by votives that play off of the purple and yellow flowers. When designing your own tablescape remember to keep in mind the venue itself! Burlap, twine, and tin cans give this wedding a charming rustic feel that perfectly compliment the barn at Landis Valley Museum.
A touch of gleam can go a long way when incorporated into your table setting. Events to a T expertly executed this design with a gilded burlap tin, golden string, and the satin sheen from a lavender tablecloth. Florists at Petals & Hedges filled the tins with dreamy roses while Danielle Cover photographed the event.
Bayside Bride Loves: Patterned Fabrics & Succulents
Within the last year or so we have seen succulents incorporated into every aspect of wedding décor- bouquets, favors, even hair accessories. We love how this wedding, shot by Marcella Treybig Photography, merges unexpected elements like succulents and wood with feathers and softer flowers- (created by Amy Burke) creating an engaging centerpiece. Often brides are hesitant to use patterned tablecloths because they can be tricky to design around, but they have so much untouched potential if set with solid colored napkins and flatware!
Bayside Bride Loves: Bold Floral Designs & Matching Stemware
These stunning images captured by Melissa Manzione Photography are not for the timid bride. We adore the attention to detail from florist & event designer Janet Flowers! Short, subdued centerpieces offset the audacious large bloom & leaf vases. When designing your own centerpieces make sure to follow in Janet’s footsteps- creating short center pieces that are easy for guests to converse over or heightened vases and stands that are effortless to see around. Another reason we love this table is its matching stem & flatware! They add another dimension of color and texture to the truly captivating décor.
Bayside Bride Loves: An Elevated Soft Glow
Nothing adds romance like the warm glow of floating candles! Emily Chastain Photography was excited to share with us this classical and sophisticated table setting. The heightened glass stands and water reflect light onto the shining flatware below, creating an ethereal glow. Candles are an inexpensive way to set the mood- just make sure that your venue allows them!
Bayside Bride Loves: Textures & Favors on the Table
Tablescapes can be made beautiful by even the smallest elements. Favors placed at each setting ensure that every guest receives their special gift from you! It saves space and adds detail to any table. We are gushing over the floral lace overlay, which brings delicate detail and texture to an otherwise bland navy tablecloth. If you love it as much as we do then be sure to take another look at our DIY Doily Table Runner! The talented Lisa Marie of Sweet Tea Photography captured these images and can be found in our Vendor Guide!
