Today marks that fabulous time of the month where the ladies over at Bayside Bride put their creativity to test in the kitchen to design our very own Bayside Cocktail! This month’s decadent drink is a nautical take on the White Russian with a few additions and some truly delicious results!

To create this delicious concoction at home, mix equal parts: freshly brewed coffee, kahlua, and heavy cream (or skim milk to reduce the calorie count). Then add a dash of Vodka and Godiva Liqueur to your liking, stir, top with whipped cream and enjoy!

The Bayside Blizzard is the perfect January drink because of its rich flavor and slightly warm temperature. I am seriously in LOVE with this recipe. It’s by far my favorite cocktail that we’ve ever done! I can only imagine how cute it would be to make this drink in a large batch at a wedding, and serve it in mini cocktail glasses or even as shooters? Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean you can’t serve delicious signature cocktails with nautical flair!
