New York City Weekend | The Love Collective - Annapolis Wedding Blog for the Maryland Bride

This weekend, we traveled by train to New York City to meet with a few of the sweetest wedding bloggers in the industry! This small group of motivated young women gathered under the thoughtfully named title,“The Love Collective. Because every true love needs a true fit.”

With a little dreaming & planning, Lauren of Every Last Detail and Megan of Glamour and Grace coordinated this weekends girl’s getaway! Between snacking on cupcakes, discussing some of the biggest industry topics, meeting with the Lover.ly Girls, and spending time in the Big Apple – We had an amazing time!

Friday evening we arrived in New York and spend the evening at a fabulous little Irish Pub getting to know the girls! Saturday morning, we slipped away to shop on Madison Avenue and looked for bridesmaid dress inspiration for Natalie’s wedding! On the way we picked up some Ladurée macarons and might be slightly obsessed. In the afternoon on Saturday, we met with Kellee and Cathleya of Lover.ly, munched on New York style Pizza + Cupcakes, and discussed industry topics before heading out for a snazzy dinner!

We absolutely loved getting to know the faces behind Glamour and Grace, Every Last Detail, Hindsight Bride, Destination Inspirations, Shimmer + Silk and Southern Aisle + talking with the ladies behind Heart Love Weddings, and Ever Ours joined us via video chat during our industry discussion!
