My Annapolis wedding will kick off at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the reception taking place at Sherwood Forrest. Having grown up in Annapolis I couldn’t imagine not have my wedding here as well. My vision is very gatsby-ish. Black Tuxedos (groom in ivory coat) and I will have a black satin sash on my Ivory Dress. At the reception I’m thinking white hydrangeas/pale pink peonies and possibly smaller green succulents which will accent the bridesmaids pale green (mint) dresses. Silver candle holders and vintage candelabras set the scene. I’m thinking clean and classic AND Candlelit! While i’ve thought about this a great deal I have NO idea how to make it happen.

I have been finding my own classic, romantic touches full of a vintage welcoming vibe (think curl up around the fire with a classic book, some good wine and warm brie snack).
