Normally on Friday’s we design an inspiration board to help brides dream in color and aesthetics for their big day! Today, we’re mixing it up with a dream that evolved into an edgy and sophisticated nautical styled shoot!
From the photographer: “I wanted to create an inspiration shoot that was bright and romantic. I couldn’t think of a better location than along the water with white, pink, and cream details. The beautiful Ami of Little Miss Lovely created the dress and bouquet, as well as modeled! Heather of Quite Like it Designs created the beautiful invitations including the menu and map. The shoot was shot and designed by Krista Leigh Hurst Photography. I used an old white truck from a friend that her father used while serving in the U.S. Navy for the cake table. We filled jars with taffy and sea shells, as well as some pink gummies. The table setting included a bowtie napkin wrapped in rope, which matched the rope filled jars and rope tied pillows.”
Isn’t this shoot simply amazing? We’re absolutely in love with the nautical details, gorgeous menu and invitations, coral and blush bouquet, and that adorable couple! Swoon!
