We absolutely love today’ engagement session from Katie Nesbitt Photography – especially because this couple brought Annapolitan Style with them to their Richmond shoot! They will be getting married on the beloved Eastern Shore and incorporated a ship’s wheel into their session! We’ll let Katie take it from here:

“Sirena and Derek are getting married next year on the Eastern shore, but they chose to have their engagement session a little closer to home in Richmond while still keeping a few of the nautical touches they are planning for their big day. We started our session at the Supreme Court in Richmond where they actually met (they both work for the supreme court!) and meandered down to the historic Canal as well as Brown’s Island. Sirena’s good friend handmade the banner with their wedding date and the ship’s wheel they used as a prop was a gift given to Sirena’s father for his many years of service with the US Navy!”
